TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the performance of a multi-discipline investor supervision service over construction works related to the contract carried out - under the “design and build” system - the scope of which has been specified in Section 2. 2. The subject matter of the contract, for which investor supervision will be provided, includes the construction of an indoor swimming pool building and a detached gas boiler house building together with site development and the necessary technical infrastructure (Phase I) and the demolition of the existing indoor swimming pool building together with the construction of a parking facility (Phase II).
