TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contracting Authority’s primary objective is to ensure continuity of the development strategy and supervision over its implementation for an increasingly complex structure of investment projects included in the scope of maintenance and expansion of the KISMiA system, by selecting in this procurement procedure a Consultant for monitoring maintenance and system development of KISMiA. As a result of the conducted procedure, the Contracting Authority shall entrust the Consultant with management, coordination, control, and investor supervision over the efficient and effective operation of the KISMiA system and continuation of the implementation of KISMiA, i.e. strategic expansion of the KISMiA system planned for the years 2026–2028 (Strategy “KISMiA and e-Katowice”) through, among others, the integration of other systems, in order to expand its original functionality.
