The subject of the invitation to tender is maintenance cleaning (office and meeting rooms, social rooms, kitchen, dining hall, corridors, stairwells, lift cabins, technical rooms, archives, medical premises etc.) as well as cleaning of floors, garages, metal acoustic ceilings, window, glass surface, blind and glass facade cleaning, or operation of the white and black dishwashers including cleaning the dishes, dish storage etc., and provision of the winter service for the office building of the Pensions Insurance Institution (Pensionsversicherungsanstalt, PVA) site in Vienna. In this respect, applicant search takes place within the published 1st stage of the procurement procedure. Within the following 2nd stage, the then already selected applicants of the 1st stage are accordingly to offer the required services in this regard, and it is intended subsequently to award the contract to the best bidder.
