TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement includes demolition of the demolition sites and their fixtures and fittings, movable property, sheds and their fittings, as well as tidying the yard area of the construction site of the demolition work site and delivering away demolition material in the scope required by the request for tender documents. Demolition work site: PERÄMIEHENTIE 2, PORVOO, Residential buildings 1–5 and service building 6. The site viewing will be held on Wednesday 14.10.2026 at 12.00 and on Friday 16.10.2026 at 9.00. Registration for the viewing must be made in advance on the previous day with Ilkka Lappalainen, [email protected]. The client requires that the contractor has familiarised themselves with the demolition work site before submitting the tender. Partial tenders are not possible. The contracting authority will select one contractor to carry out the contract. The contract form is a lump-sum contract, in which the demolition contractor acts as the main contractor and the lead contractor as referred to in the legislation.
