TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Details of the construction measure - General description: Under this procedure, surveying services are being tendered for construction surveying, structural monitoring (observation of structures), and as-built surveying carried out alongside the construction works for construction section B of the PMU on Museum Island Berlin. The PMU construction measure is divided into 2 construction sections (BA A and BA B). BA A includes the basic restoration and extensions of the structural components North Head (NK), North Wing (NF), North Middle Building (MN), Middle Building Central (MM), and the construction of the new Tempietto (entrance building). BA B comprises the basic restoration and extensions of the structural components South Middle Building (MS), the South Wing (SF), the South Head (SK), as well as the new-build 4th Wing and the bridge over the Kupfergraben (Pergamonsteg), the underground connecting structures of the Archaeological Promenade (AP) between the Bode Museum / PMU and the PMU / New Museum.
