TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Information on the construction work - General description: The procedure covers surveying services for construction surveying, structural monitoring, and as-built surveying carried out alongside the construction work for construction section B of the PMU on Museum Island in Berlin. The construction project PMU is divided into 2 construction sections (BA A and BA B). BA A includes the basic restoration and extension of the building components North head (NK), North wing (NF), North central section (MN), Central main block (MM), and the construction of the new teipietto (entrance building). BA B includes the basic restoration and extension of the building components South central section (MS), South wing (SF), South head (SK), as well as the new buildings of the 4th wing and the bridge over the Kupfergraben (Pergamon bridge), the underground connecting structures of the Archaeological Promenade (AP) between the Bode Museum / PMU and the PMU / New Museum. With BA B, all exterior facilities in the area surrounding the PMU are to be permanently completed as well. The construction measures in BA A are completed.
