TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the public contract is the supply of permanent backup media (LTO tape type WORM) including: - installation, - delivery of documents defined by the mandatory draft contract, - provision of warranty service and technical support under the conditions defined by the mandatory draft contract, - provision of full cooperation to the purchaser in fulfilling the obligations arising for the purchaser from Act No. 264/2025 Coll., on Cybersecurity, to introduce and carry out security measures to the extent necessary to ensure cybersecurity (i.e., in particular, to verify the security of the seller's supply chain, to obtain information about suppliers, to record the obtained information and to report incidents to the National Cyber and Information Security Authority).
