TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the procurement is to conclude a framework agreement with one supplier who will implement the personnel and payroll accounting and self-service solution for AS Hoolekandeteenused (including possible additional developments). The procurement also covers management of training and occupational health data, support and maintenance services, and the supplier's solution-specific licenses.
