TENDER DESCRIPTION

The objective is to optimize, standardize and digitize central HR processes. The system will create a unified platform that increases efficiency, promotes transparency, supports, implements and satisfies legal requirements, and strengthens the strategic role of the Human Resources department. The contractor will support the implementation, configuration, integration, migration, training, commissioning and ongoing operation of the HRMS in close cooperation with DEGES, both technically and in terms of subject matter expertise. The HRMS is to be implemented and, following that, support is to be provided for its operation. The HRMS will have an open and documented interface architecture in order to enable future system integrations and function enhancements. The goal is to implement the solution quickly and effectively. One key operational objective is to ensure that the system functions. The scope of services includes ensuring a seamless transition from the existing systems and creating a solid basis for future innovations and developments in the HRMS environment.
