TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the invitation to tender is the planning and turnkey construction of a residence hall with 126 furnished apartments for nursing staff on a plot of land owned by the Landkreis Erding at the Klinikum Erding site. In addition to the construction work, the contract includes granting a long-term building lease (Erbbaurecht) in favour of the contracting authority and the subsequent long-term letting of the building to the Landkreis, including the provision of building management services. The residence hall is intended to accommodate staff in the nursing care area of the Klinikum as well as cooperating institutions, and must be equipped accordingly in terms of function and technology. Use is intended exclusively for this purpose, with the planning, approvals and implementation of the construction project falling within the responsibility of the contracting party. The contract will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender; the award criteria are price and quality. The sub-criteria are set out in the tender documents.
