TENDER DESCRIPTION

With this procurement, the Municipality of Almere intends to enter into a sustainable collaboration with a supplier that delivers high-quality and safe PPE to approximately 150 employees of the Municipality of Almere, that complies with the applicable laws and regulations and ensures reliable and timely delivery at transparent costs. In addition, the municipality places value on sustainable and circular solutions and on creating social impact. The maximum contract value for the new framework agreement is € 360,000,- including the options for extension, indexation and excluding VAT. If, by the end of the framework agreement, the realized contract value reaches the maximum amount, then the framework agreement will end by operation of law. No rights can be derived from this estimate. The contract value stated is purely an indication of the expected consumption. The contractor cannot claim a minimum consumption or turnover.
