TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority requests a tender for the following basic information technology service package: • Service Desk and end-user support, including on-site support at the Client’s premises • Microsoft services • Device management (workstations, tablets, mobile phones, AV equipment) • Related services as an option The procurement does not include telecommunications networks (WAN network and switches, firewall, internet) The supplier must provide the entire package. Partial tenders are not accepted. Alternative tenders are not accepted unless an alternative has been specifically requested in the tender request. The detailed information and tender requirements for this package are found in Appendix 1 to the tender request, which sets out the minimum and quality requirements for the services to be provided. The procurement has not been divided into lots because the subject of the procurement is a technically and functionally uniform ICT service package, and dividing it into lots is not in the contracting authority’s best interest due to the risks related to service operational reliability and overall responsibility, as well as cost impacts.
