TENDER DESCRIPTION
The stated objective of HDZ NRW is to permanently maintain its leading role as a specialized clinic and research institution in the field of cardiology and, accordingly, to expand it in a forward-looking manner. To this end, HDZ NRW considers it necessary to base its medical device equipment on the highest level of technical performance and innovation strength available worldwide and to actively contribute to the continuous further development of medical technology in the field of cardiology. To meet these requirements, HDZ NRW intends to procure its currently used PET/CT with a new device for the Institute of Radiology, Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging. This device is intended to be positioned at the top end of the technology spectrum. - The new PET/CT is intended to be used in a multifunctional manner for both inflammatory and cardiac diagnostics, as well as for tumor diagnostics. - Among other things, with the new PET/CT, HDZ NRW intends to build a nationwide, uniquely focused center for cardiovascular diagnostics.
