TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract start date is planned for 01.01.2027. The intended works contract will be concluded with a term of two years, with the option to extend twice by one additional year (overall contract term two to four years). The provision of services begins on 01.01.2027 and ends on 31.12.2028. If the extension option is exercised, the contractor must be informed in writing no later than six months before the end of the contract term. In the event that the contracting authority makes use of the extension option, the contract ends on 31.12.2029, or on 31.12.2030, without the need for termination. The estimated contract volume amounts to approx. EUR 15,000 net per contract year; in addition, only in the first contract year there is the service for the one-time creation of a tree cadastre of approx. EUR 2,000. With the possible 4 contract years, this results in a total volume of approx. EUR 62,000 net (including creation of a tree cadastre). Regardless of the actual contract value, an amount of EUR 69,000 net (maximum value) will not be exceeded during the term of the contract.
