TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract start date is planned for 01.01.2027. The intended works contract will be concluded with a term of two years, with the option to extend twice by a further one year (total contract term two to four years). Performance begins on 01.01.2027 and ends on 31.12.2028. If the extension option is exercised, the contractor must be informed in writing no later than six months before the end of the contract term. In the event that the client makes use of the extension option, the contract ends on 31.12.2029, or on 31.12.2030, without the need for termination. The estimated contract volume amounts to approximately EUR 15,000 net per contract year; in addition, in only the first contract year the service for the one-time preparation of an arboreal register/tree inventory (tree cadastre) of approximately EUR 2,000 is included. With the possible 4 contract years, the total volume is therefore approximately EUR 62,000 net (including preparation of an arboreal register/tree inventory).
