TENDER DESCRIPTION

There is a need for various services which are to be put out to tender in the form of a maintenance contract, a service contract and a framework agreement. The BfJ, owing to the individual specialist procedures for the Electronic Commercial and Cooperative Register (EHUG), for the electronic exchange of criminal information (ESTA) and for the use of the document management system DOMEA, works with the standard scanning software Kofax. Kofax is needed to create electronic documents from the paper-based incoming mail of EHUG and from judicial debt enforcement. The BfJ intends to continue using the software, which means that a new maintenance contract is required for ongoing maintenance as of 1 January 2027. For this purpose, an EVB-IT maintenance contract is to be concluded. A connector has been developed for connecting the EHUG specialist procedure. This interface (individual software) must also be put under maintenance as of 1 January 2027. This will be concluded in an EVB-IT service contract.
