TENDER DESCRIPTION

There is a need for various services, which are to be tendered in the form of a maintenance contract, a service contract and a framework agreement. The Federal Office of Justice (BfJ) works, due to the individual specialist procedures for the Electronic Commercial and Cooperative Register (EHUG), for the electronic exchange of criminal notifications (ESTA) and for the use of the document management system DOMEA, with the Kofax scan standard software. Kofax is needed to create electronic documents from the mail inboxes received in paper form for EHUG and for justice debt enforcement. The BfJ intends to continue using the software, which means that, for ongoing maintenance, a new maintenance contract is required as of 1 January 2027. For this purpose, an EVB-IT maintenance contract is to be concluded. A connector has been developed for connecting the EHUG specialist procedure. This interface (individual software) must also be placed under maintenance as of 1 January 2027. This will be concluded under an EVB-IT service contract.
