TENDER DESCRIPTION

There is a need for various services which are to be tendered in the form of a maintenance contract, a service contract and a framework agreement. The BfJ, due to the individual specialist procedures for the Electronic Register of Commercial Partnerships and Cooperative Societies (EHUG), the electronic exchange of criminal notifications (ESTA) and the use of the document management system DOMEA, uses the Kofax standard scanning software. Kofax is required for creating electronic documents from the paper-based incoming mail of EHUG and from the justice debt collection. The BfJ intends to continue using the software, which means that a new maintenance contract is required for continuous maintenance as of 1 January 2027. For this purpose, an EVB-IT maintenance contract is to be concluded. For connection to the EHUG specialist procedure, a connector has been developed. This interface (individual software) must also be put under maintenance as of 1 January 2027. This will be concluded under an EVB-IT service contract.
