TENDER DESCRIPTION

Within the framework of a service contract, for the Citymajor Heart and Vascular Clinic, the maintenance and repair for 24 months of 15 Philips ultrasound devices of the types specified in the procurement technical specifications, which are the subject of the procurement. The successful tenderer’s task is to provide maintenance and repair for 24 months of 15 Philips ultrasound equipment items, in accordance with the details in the procurement technical specifications, for the equipment items defined there. The basic requirements for the services are: - The successful tenderer’s obligation with regard to the equipment referred to in the Technical Specification is to carry out their complete maintenance activities (regular maintenance, repairs), for which the successful tenderer is required to ensure the necessary spare parts, wear parts, and special parts. - In the case of equipment that is still under warranty, the successful tenderer performs the inspection maintenance tasks up to the expiry of the warranty period, and after the warranty period has expired it also performs fault troubleshooting/rectification. - The successful tenderer must guarantee at least 95 % operational…
