TENDER DESCRIPTION

With the present invitation to tender, a framework contract is to be awarded for the direct procurement of software as well as service levels (operating, maintenance and support services). The subject of the procurement is a software solution including a service level exclusively for the execution and administration of phishing simulations as well as for reporting and analysing suspicious e-mails. The solution shall enable automated, audience-specific awareness-raising for more than 13'000 employees and provide extensive reporting, integration and evaluation functions. This includes a large library of current phishing simulations, micro-trainings, gamification elements, connection to common interfaces, as well as a data protection-compliant, anonymised success evaluation. In addition, the solution shall enable user-friendly reporting of suspicious e-mails directly from the e-mail clients used, including mobile devices. Reported e-mails are to be analysed automatically. Through rule-based and manual assessments, this is to be efficiently classified and processed.
