The execution of the service is to begin in the 2nd calendar week of 2027, at the latest on the last working day of that week. The service is to be completed (ready for acceptance) in the 26th calendar week of 2027, at the latest on the last working day of that week. These dates for the start of execution and completion are binding contractual deadlines.

The core scope of work for this tender, "Photovoltaikanlage - GS Auf dem Hagen" (Photovoltaic system - GS Auf dem Hagen), involves the turnkey installation of a grid-connected photovoltaic system on the roof of the Grundschule Auf dem Hagen in Empelde.

The key objectives and statement of work summary include:

• Turnkey Installation: Complete installation of a grid-connected photovoltaic system on the school's roof, ensuring it is fully operational and functional upon handover, including all ancillary works.
• Energy Supply: Providing self-power supply to the school with PV electricity and feeding any surplus energy into the public grid.
• Compliance: Adhering to all legal, technical, and official regulations.
• Technical Specifications: Installation of a system with approximately 99.88 kWp total output, comprising 277 modules (143 for the school, 84 for the green roof of the sports hall). It also includes three inverters mounted under a weather protection roof, a rail mounting system with ballast (allowing for up to 1 meter elevation), and mandatory lift-off and tilt protection. Battery storage is not planned.
• Electrical and Safety Integration: Integration into the existing lightning protection system, including potential equalization, and earthing with overvoltage and lightning arresters after building entry. The PV system will be integrated into the existing meter cabinet with a two-way meter, and low-voltage switchgear will be adapted and upgraded as needed. Cable laying for certain sections has already been completed.
• Data and Communication: Implementation of a data and communication system for transmitting inverter values via existing Cat.7 cables, including overvoltage protection in the roof and technical areas. The system's endpoint is the client's IT server, and it must include online monitoring via a web portal/app that is DSGVO-compliant and accessible to the client.
• Documentation and Deliverables: Provision of comprehensive documentation, including installation plans, overview diagrams, circuit diagrams for distributors, measurement protocols for commissioning, CE conformity declarations, lighting measurement documentation, test certificates for cables, expert test reports, operating and maintenance instructions, equipment lists, and as-built flow, circuit, and wiring diagrams. All documents are required in triplicate (in folders) and digitally (DWG and PDF formats). The contractor is also responsible for preparing all necessary assembly and workshop drawings, as well as revision documents.
• Operational Considerations: Ensuring school operations are maintained at all times, with any power shutdowns being brief and coordinated. Construction work is preferred during school holidays or, if during ongoing operations, by prior arrangement.

The project is identified as "LV 11017-2026 Projekt 2022-008" and is scheduled for execution between week 02, 2027, and week 26, 2027.
