TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the tuning and maintenance services for the City of Lohja’s grand pianos and pianos in accordance with this request for tenders and its appendices. The highest order volume will arise from orders placed by the West Uusimaa Music Institute. The second most significant customer group is the schools of the City of Lohja. The procurement needs of other units of the City of Lohja are of a lesser nature and more irregular, and in practice orders are placed according to the maintenance and tuning needs that arise. The West Uusimaa Music Institute currently has approximately 30 pianos and 10 grand pianos in use. The city’s schools have a total of approximately 38 pianos and one grand piano. In addition, the upper secondary school has one grand piano. The number of instruments within the scope of the procurement is an estimate and may change during the contract period. The instruments are located mainly within the City of Lohja area at various city premises.
