PIDG Request for Proposal: Provision (and implementation) of Human Resource Information System (HRIS)

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Private Infrastructure Development Group PIDG is currently reviewing its Human Resource systems. At present, data is held in a single HRIS, with some documents stored in SharePoint and some compensation data being tracked in spreadsheets which are manually updated in Payroll. The team wishes to consider other HRIS options as part of a market review and with a desire to implement a modern, user-friendly system that can easily handle the complexities of operating internationally and integrate with the international payroll provider www.activpayroll <https://www.activpayroll.com/>. PIDG’s current headcount is circa 320, including approximately 50 non-employees, across four locations – United Kingdom, Singapore, Kenya and Morocco. Some headcount growth (estimated at approximately 10%) is anticipated based on annual business planning and budgeting requirements. The headcount growth may be within or outside the four locations.
