TENDER DESCRIPTION

This invitation to tender requests a price for the demolition contract for a detached house located in Vierumäki, Laitila. A valid demolition permit is in force for the demolition work. The demolition contract includes the demolition work, as well as landscaping of the demolition site after the contract has been completed. In addition to the contractor’s project management responsibilities, the contract includes building-technical and HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) and plumbing services (lvis) as per the attached documents.
