TENDER DESCRIPTION

RATBV S.A. purchases, for a period of 48 months, spare parts, i.e. parts for repairing automatic gearboxes for Menarini buses, held in the fleet of the contracting entity, in order to ensure continuity and proper operation of its activity. An framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 48 months with a maximum of 3 economic operators ranked in the first 3 places according to the award criterion of the best price-quality ratio, with the reopening of competition and price adjustment in accordance with the formula specified in the present tender documentation. The first subsequent contract will be concluded for a period of 6 months following the signing of the framework agreement, and the following ones depending on the needs of the contracting authority. Number of days up to which clarifications may be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 18 days. The Contracting Entity will clearly and completely respond to all requests for clarifications/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for submission of tenders.
