TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport (VWS) is working within the Nationwide Network (LDN) program to realize a nationwide network of infrastructures and generic functions. This is necessary for safe, reliable, and interoperable electronic data exchange in healthcare. The estimated value of all further assignments under the framework agreement is €10,000,000 excluding VAT, based on about 12 pilots averaging €500,000 per pilot and PoCs and pilots for the infrastructure. This estimate is based on previous experiences and assessments by the contracting authority. No rights can be derived from this. The maximum value of the entire framework agreement is €15,000,000 excluding VAT. If this maximum value is reached, the framework agreement will terminate by operation of law, even if the end date has not yet been reached. No purchase guarantee can be derived from the framework agreement.
