TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport (VWS) works within the programme National Coverage Network (LDN) to realize a nationwide coverage network of infrastructures and generic functions. This is necessary for safe, reliable and interoperable electronic data exchange in healthcare. The estimated value of all subsequent assignments under the framework agreement is € 10,000,000 exclusive of VAT, based on approximately 12 pilots with an average of € 500,000 per pilot and PoCs and pilots for the infrastructure. This estimate is based on prior experience and assessments by the contracting authority. You cannot derive any rights from this. The maximum value of the overall framework agreement is € 15,000,000 exclusive of VAT. If this maximum value is reached, then the framework agreement ends by operation of law, even if the end date has not yet been reached. You cannot derive any purchase obligation guarantee from the framework agreement.
