• Cloud-related management services: These services aim to support the customer's cloud service management model, focusing on general monitoring of cloud services, cost monitoring and reporting, and support services. Support services may involve recording all service requests, tracking them from opening to closing, informing the customer about the progress of service requests, clarifying errors and problems related to cloud services or the supplier's operations, resolving and routing service requests, closing support requests after resolution, and monitoring and reporting service levels monthly. The supplier is also expected to advise on cost-effective and suitable service selection, provide information on service options, differences, content, obligations, and pricing.
• Reporting: The supplier is committed to holding at least two (2) monitoring meetings per year with the customer regarding deliveries and/or services of the procurement agreement and providing reports on orders. Invoicing reporting is also included, providing details of invoicing and its basis (e.g., by service, service group, or cost center).
• Supplier contact persons: The supplier must appoint a contact person and an alternate for each customer, capable of communicating in Finnish, both orally and in writing.
