TENDER DESCRIPTION

SCOPE OF THE DYNAMIC PURCHASING SYSTEM The subject of this dynamic purchasing system (DPS) is cloud services and related expert services for the customers of Hansel Oy. The subject of the DPS is described in more detail in the request to participate and its annexes, in particular in the annex titled “Subject of the dynamic purchasing system”. During the term of the DPS, all interested candidates may submit a participation application for it. The DPS shall be valid until the date stated in the contract notice, unless it is discontinued or its term is amended during the validity of the DPS. Hansel Oy’s customers carry out procurements between the candidates approved for the DPS through internal competitions, which may be scheduled during the entire procurement phase of the DPS. The procurement phase of the DPS begins after the establishment phase on 15.10.2026 and ends when the validity period of the DPS ends. On the basis of the DPS, framework agreements/contracts made by the customers may be valid for a maximum of five (5) years.
