TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the invitation to tender is the procurement of an automated pipetting robot for use in molecular diagnostics in pathology. The system is intended to automate sample preparation for NGS-based diagnostic procedures and should enable automated handling of different kits, reagents and liquids. A modular system is required, including the hardware and software and the control workstation necessary for proper operation. The procurement also includes the required method implementations for the intended diagnostic workflows. The scope of services includes delivery, installation, commissioning and acceptance testing of the system, as well as the necessary instruction of users. In addition, various extensions are provided as optional services, such as additional equipment parts, additional method implementations, training and application support services, and maintenance services. Delivery, installation, commissioning and acceptance testing of the pipetting robot must, due to the type of financing, be carried out in such a timely manner that invoicing can be made no later than 18.12.2026.
