TENDER DESCRIPTION

Pirkanmaa Crematorium Ltd. requests your offer for the entire contract for the new construction project of the Pirkanmaa Regional Crematorium. The entire contract includes building engineering works, heating, plumbing and ventilation works, as well as electrical and automation works. The main contractor on the site acts as the contracting party referred to in the legislation and YSE98 and is responsible for the site management obligations and site services. The Pirkanmaa Regional Crematorium is a new build project that will be carried out on the grounds of Vatiala Cemetery, next to the existing crematorium building. The new building includes production-space-type functions and the related building and process technical systems. The invitation to tender concerns all works of the entire contract from start to finish upon completion. The procurement is conditional such that the necessary permits are obtained for the project and it is decided to implement it.
