TENDER DESCRIPTION

Pirkanmaan krematorio Oy requests your tender for the design-build contract for the new construction project of the Pirkanmaa Regional Crematorium. The entire contract includes building-technical works, heating, plumbing and ventilation works, as well as electrical and automation works. The main contractor shall act at the site as the principal contractor as referred to in the legislation and YSE98, and is responsible for the site management obligations and site services. The Pirkanmaa Regional Crematorium is a new build project, which will be carried out on the grounds of the Vatiala cemetery, next to the existing crematorium building. The new building includes production-facility-type functions and the related building and process-technical systems. This request for tender covers all works under the entire contract, from start to finish. The procurement is conditional such that the necessary permits are obtained for the project and the project is decided to be implemented.
