TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns a cleaning service relating to the properties managed by the City of Pirkkala presented in the list of sites (Appendix 2 to the tender). The cleaning service to be procured (hereinafter the “Service”) covers all maintenance and basic cleaning tasks, as well as the tools, materials, machines and personnel costs required for producing them. The content of the Service is described in the service description (Appendix 1 to the tender) and it must be appropriately sized in terms of quality level, consistently providing uniform quality, and in total be cost-effectively advantageous in supporting the maintenance of the condition, value and features of the sites, continuously meeting the needs and requirements of the premises users’ operations and activities. Overall, the Service to be procured is described in the tender and its appendices. In order for a tenderer to submit a tender, all the unconditional requirements in the tender and its appendices must be fulfilled in the Service offered. NOTE.
