TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is a cleaning service concerning the properties administered by the City of Pirkkala presented in the list of sites in the subject list (appendix 2 to the request for tenders). The procured cleaning service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) includes all maintenance and basic cleaning tasks as well as the tools, materials and machines required for producing them, and the personnel costs. The contents of the Service are described in the service description (appendix 1 to the request for tenders), and it must be appropriately sized in terms of quality level, consistently of uniform quality, and overall economically advantageous in supporting the preservation of the condition, value and characteristics of the sites, while continuously meeting the operating needs and requirements of the premises users. Overall, the Service to be procured is described in the request for tenders and its appendices. In order for a tenderer to submit a tender, all the mandatory requirements in the request for tenders and its appendices must be met in the Service offered. NOTE.
