TENDER DESCRIPTION

The following planning services are to be tendered: Architecture / planning - Section 34 HOAI 2021 - Lot 1 Service phases 1 - 9 Structural engineering - Section 51 HOAI 2021 - Lot 2 Service phases 1 - 6 Building services engineering - Section 55 HOAI 2021 - Lot 3 Plant engineering groups 1, 2 and 3 (HLS) Service phases 1 - 9 Building services engineering - Section 55 HOAI 2021 - Lot 4 Plant engineering groups 4 and 5 (electrical) Service phases 1 - 9 The tendered planning services for the modernisation and repair of Atelierstraße 1 and 3 are to be assigned to the service profile “Buildings and interiors” pursuant to Section 34 HOAI 2021 in conjunction with Appendix 10. The assignment to the fee zone is made using the object list in Appendix 10.2 HOAI 2021. This is an existing building. The measure is implemented in two stages. Work will begin with Atelierstraße 1 and Atelierstraße 3 will be implemented subsequently. It is pointed out that these are repeat services pursuant to Section 11 HOAI 2021.
