TENDER DESCRIPTION

With the present bill of quantities, full planning responsibility for the demolition of the existing building is being put out to tender, including the handling of hazardous substance and waste management as well as communication with the authorities and companies involved, as well as environmental construction supervision. The architect commissioned for the new build is explicitly not involved in the demolition of the building; i.e., this service must also subsequently be included in the cost components of the services to be priced. The TRGS, VDI 6202, VDI 6210, ArbStättV, BaustellV must be specifically observed and applied. Demolition of the building is intended to take place in winter 2026-27. By the end of February 2027, dismantling must be advanced to such an extent that no nesting sites or similar remain at the building. The bidder must, upon award of its offer, start the work immediately. Demolition is exempt from approval, but it is subject to notification.
