TENDER DESCRIPTION
The planning services include, in the scope of services “Buildings”, planning services for all trades associated with the construction measure. The required service phases are 5–9. The contract will be awarded in stages. Initially, only the service phases 5–7 will be commissioned. The following planning services are to be provided: detailed design and construction document planning in coordination with the specialist engineers. From service phase 6 onwards, the tenders for all trades under public procurement law are to be prepared, participation in the award and in construction supervision, essentially providing the spatial and time coordination of the execution deadlines in coordination with the specialist engineers, as well as the project management and the specialist construction management for the other trades, and controlling compliance with the overall budget.
