The contract will be awarded in stages. Initially, only service phases 5-7 will be awarded for construction. The following planning services are to be provided: Detailed design and workshop planning in coordination with the specialist engineers. From service phase 6 onwards, the tendering of all trades under public procurement law, participation in the award and in construction supervision will essentially involve providing the spatial and time coordination of the construction deadlines in coordination with the specialist engineers, as well as the project and specialist construction managers for the other trades, and controlling compliance with the overall budget.
