TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the special needs education centre for the hearing impaired, the ensemble of buildings from 1986 to 1990 at Musenbergstraße 38 in 81929 München is to be refurbished comprehensively, and a replacement new build of building 3 is to be created. The use of the total of 4 school buildings includes an elementary and secondary school with all associated specialized rooms, rooms for full-day care, seminar rooms, an auditorium, the Pedagogical-Audiological Counselling Service, and a gym and swimming hall.
