TENDER DESCRIPTION

The service includes the execution of pruning, felling, stump removal, occasional tree replanting, and pest control works, as defined below. Pruning works on free-standing, semi-free, or architecturally shaped trees; Felling works; stump removal works; forestry works; the supply, installation, and maintenance of the necessary signage to secure the site; possible rental of equipment (excavator, trucks, etc.); cleaning of the site, roads, sidewalks, and outbuildings as the works progress and at the end of the project, as well as the cleaning of equipment and machinery. For information and without contractual value, the annual amount spent on the subject of the contract over the past three years was: 32,457.60 euros VAT included (2023), 38,023.23 euros VAT included (2024), and 3,084.42 euros VAT included (2025). The contract is based on unit prices. Services will be paid for according to the provisions of articles R2162-1 to R2162-6, R2162-13, and R2162-14, through the application of unit prices set out in the annex to the commitment act, Unit Price Schedule, and will be triggered by issuing purchase orders as needed.
