TENDER DESCRIPTION
The service includes the execution of pruning, felling, stump removal, occasional tree replanting and pest control works, as defined below. Pruning works on free-standing, semi-free or architectured trees; felling works; stump removal works; forestry works; supply, installation and maintenance of signage necessary for securing the site; possible rental of equipment (excavator, trucks, etc.); cleaning of the site, roads, sidewalks and dependencies progressively as the work advances and at the end of the site, as well as cleaning of equipment and machinery. For information and without contractual value, the annual expenditure amounts related to the object of the contract over the last 3 years were: 32,457.60 euros VAT included (2023), 38,023.23 euros VAT included (2024) and 3,084.42 euros VAT included (2025). The contract is awarded on unit prices. Services will be remunerated, according to the provisions of articles R2162-1 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14, by application of the unit prices fixed in the annex to the commitment act, Unit Price Schedule, and will be triggered by issuing purchase orders as needs arise.
