TENDER DESCRIPTION
As part of remedial actions for the established risk assessments (GBU) for more than 850 lift installations in the portfolio of GESOBAU AG, the planning, tendering and site supervision for addressing the further defects will be commissioned. The planning services relate to the lift installations in the portfolio of GESOBAU. The breakdown is into Sections 1-3 and includes the following planned measures: - Section 1: Replacement installations / complete replacement – 15 installations - Section 2: Modernisation (including maintenance tender) – 31 installations - Section 3: Implementation of measures from GBUs for 16 installations from different manufacturers
