TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services for the planning of the technical equipment for plant groups 1-5, 8 are being tendered in accordance with §§ 55ff. HOAI for performance phase 3 in part, 4 to 8 and any special services for the new construction of a laboratory building of the Fritz-Lipmann-Institute in Jena. In order to meet the scientific requirements, the construction of an independent building is necessary. In the FLI-10 building, animal housing for fish and microbiological laboratories are planned, with adjacent offices. The areas for fish animal housing and the laboratories comply with the "Ordinance on safety levels and safety measures for genetic engineering work in genetic engineering facilities" (GenTSV), level S2. The FLI-10 laboratory building is designed as a three-storey building. In the partially underbuilt basement, the building services systems for the V E water treatment, the collection tanks for the waste water from the KIP test facility, as well as wastewater treatment for the fish housing facilities are located.
