TENDER DESCRIPTION

The design is based on the treatment of two exhaust air streams from the process area. Exhaust air stream AXX originates from areas subject to ATEX requirements and amounts to approximately 1,020 Nm³/h. Exhaust air stream AEX covers the remaining process areas, with a flow rate of up to 3,300 Nm³/h. As the BMP is operated intermittently, time-varying loads on the exhaust air streams must be expected. The system must therefore be designed to reliably comply with the applicable TA Luft emission limits for organic substances and ammonia. The preferred treatment method is activated carbon or a technically equivalent adsorption process. Additional exhaust air treatment stages may be integrated where required. The solution may be implemented either as a rental model, including installation, commissioning, maintenance and dismantling, or as a purchased system, including delivery, installation and commissioning. The operation of the system - including the replacement of the adsorber material (as required depending on the load) and maintenance - shall be governed by a framework agreement.
