The entire planning service for the system includes tasks in object planning, development, and specialist planning in the areas of hydraulic engineering, structural design, and technical equipment. The planning service shall include the preparation of the draft design (LPh 2 to 3). The aim is to precisely record the preliminary work for the economic viability of the production plant with regard to investment and operating costs and to apply for funding.
