TENDER DESCRIPTION

The present construction project comprises the new construction of a total of two Digital Control Centres (DSZ), including technical equipment, and the development of the outdoor facilities at two independent sites. In each case, a DSZ is a standardized office building for controlling and monitoring operations on the tracks of DB InfraGO AG. The planned buildings each have a floor area of approximately 54.21 m in length and approximately 16.86 m in width. Four storeys are planned with a total height of approximately 23.10 m above GOK. Inside the buildings there is a technical area with a computer room and an operating area in which the control desks (line desks) and social rooms for the train service managers (drivers’/shunting service staff) are located. The technical equipment includes in particular electrical power supply systems (including NSHV, UPS system, NEA), HVAC systems (RLT), building automation and safety-related systems (including fire alarm systems (EMA), visual inspection (VÜ), intrusion detection system (ISS), building management system (BMA)).
