TENDER DESCRIPTION

The present construction project includes the new construction of a total of two Digital Control Centres (DSZ), including technical equipment and the preparation/installation of the exterior facilities at two independent sites. A DSZ is a standardized office building for controlling and monitoring operations on the routes of DB InfraGO AG. The planned buildings each have a footprint of approx. 54.21 m in length and approx. 16.86 m in width. Four storeys are planned with a total height of approx. 23.10 m above GOK. Inside the buildings there is a technical area with a computer room and an operating/control area in which the control desks and social rooms for the train service managers are located. The technical equipment includes in particular the electrical power installations (including NSHV, UPS system, NEA), RLT systems, building automation and safety-related technical installations (including EMA, VÜ, ISS, BMA). The exterior facilities are divided into the safety area including fencing around the building and the facilities outside the safety fence.
