TENDER DESCRIPTION

In order to secure the follow-on usage standard and to enhance the properties in Sondershausen, the owner intends, as the project sponsor, to carry out a comprehensive structural basic renovation of the building complex “Petersenschacht”. In particular, this concerns existing damage to the building fabric (roof/facade), the substructure service lines, building foundations, and the renovation of the windows. As an additional service, planning services for traffic safety are to be provided for further buildings owned by LMBV. This concerns the locations Elbingerode, Rottleberode, Wimmelburg, Bischofferode and Wipperdorf. The scope of services applies in accordance with HOAI 2021 for the following service descriptions: - §34 Buildings and interiors (Appendix 10, point 10.1 HOAI) - §43 Engineering structures (Appendix 12, point 12.1 HOAI) - §51 Structural engineering planning (Appendix 14, point 14.1 HOAI)
