TENDER DESCRIPTION

In order to secure the follow-on use standard and enhance the properties in Sondershausen, the owner intends, as the project sponsor, to carry out comprehensive structural basic refurbishment of the building complex “Petersenschacht”. In particular, this relates to existing damage to the building fabric (roof/facade), the service lines, building foundations and refurbishment of the windows. As an additional service, planning services for ensuring traffic safety are to be provided for further buildings owned by LMBV. This concerns the sites of Elbingerode, Rottleberode, Wimmelburg, Bischofferode and Wipperdorf.
