TENDER DESCRIPTION

The parking hall is to be constructed as an enclosed building in order to ensure both heatability and sufficient protection of the vehicles. A fixed, drivable roadway is to be provided inside the hall. The work paths are to be constructed with a clear width of 1.00 m. Suitable gate systems, for example folding or sectional doors, are to be provided for the entry and exit of vehicles. In addition to the hall, operationally necessary ancillary rooms are to be planned. These include two WC facilities, a common room and break room as well as storage rooms for operating materials, cleaning agents and tools.
